HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
When my store is open, orders go out every Tuesday. So, if you place your order on Monday, it will ship the next day. If there is a shipping emergency or you really need something by a certain date, please e-mail me at [email protected] with your order number, and I will do everything I can to work with you so you can get your order on time!
IF THE ITEM IS A PRE-ORDER: The item will ship 6-8 weeks after Pre-Orders close, allowing time for the manufacturer to produce and ship the item, and for me to process and ship the orders. I will be updating regularly on my social media and e-mail lists, so please contact me directly if you are curious as to the status of a pre-order.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED! WHAT DO I DO?
Unfortunately, once the item goes out in the mail, it is out of my hands -- literally! There is not much I can personally do as far as tracking down the package. You may check the USPS website for details on tracking, or contact USPS directly.
If the package is declared lost by USPS, please contact me with your order number, and we can work on replacing your item. It is very important to me that you do get what you ordered, so I am happy to help with any replacements necessary.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT! WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
It depends! My biggest restocks are semi-annually, but are mostly dependent upon my convention schedule. Consequently, most of my popular items will be restocked in the summer and the holiday season.

AN ITEM I SAW AT YOUR CONVENTION TABLE ISN'T LISTED IN YOUR STORE. WHY?
If it is listed in my online store, but is marked as SOLD OUT, then simply put in a Restock Request Form as previously mentioned. If the item is not listed in my store at all, then it is most likely a convention exclusive item and is not available for sale online!

WHY DOES YOUR STORE GO INTO MAINTENANCE MODE SO FREQUENTLY?
I close my store whenever I am out of town, or doing conventions. It's for keeping track of stock purposes -- I would hate to make a sale on my online store only to find out the item sold out the same day at a convention! Also, I am only human and even though I do this full time... I simply need a break sometimes. :)

I have always, and will always, ship internationally! If you have any concerns about shipping to a certain country, please feel free to contact me before you purchase to ensure there are no issues.
